The MGBR—the Metropolis Gambia Backbone Road—forms the foundation of the new city of Gambia. It is equipped with a modern underground cabling system as well as an advanced traffic management system that includes AI-controlled traffic lights and metro guidance. Furthermore, the entire roadway will be landscaped and complemented by a modern, newly integrated network of bicycle paths.
