Die GEAIS Holding betrachtet Daten nicht als Handelsgut, sondern als geschütztes Gut der persönlichen und wirtschaftlichen Souveränität. Da wir kritische Infrastrukturen und Finanzströme über die CASH APP steuern, hat die Integrität Ihrer Daten für uns oberste Priorität.
 

2. Globale Standards (DSGVO & CSGS-Protokoll)
Wir wenden weltweit die strengen Richtlinien der EU-Datenschutz-Grundverordnung (DSGVO) an. Ergänzt wird dies durch das CSGS-Protokoll, das Ihre Daten durch Quanten-Verschlüsselung und satellitengestützte Speicherung vor unbefugtem Zugriff schützt.
 

3. Datenerhebung und Zweckbindung
 

• Kommunikation: Daten, die Sie an geaismedia@proton.me senden, werden ausschließlich zur Bearbeitung Ihres Anliegens genutzt.

• CASH APP / GGB: Finanztransaktionen unterliegen den höchsten bankenrechtlichen Sicherheitsstandards der Germany Gambia Bank.

• Tracking: Wir verzichten auf invasives Werbe-Tracking. Unsere Analyse-Tools dienen lediglich der Optimierung der GEAIS Data Boards.

4. Ihre Rechte
Sie haben jederzeit das Recht auf Auskunft, Korrektur oder Löschung Ihrer Daten. Aufgrund unserer dezentralen Struktur können Sie diese Rechte direkt über Ihr CASH APP Terminal verwalten.

1. Null-Toleranz-Politik gegenüber Korruption
Die GEAIS Holding operiert nach dem Prinzip der absoluten Transparenz. In Übereinstimmung mit dem Transparency International Standard untersagen wir jegliche Form von Bestechung oder illegaler Einflussnahme. Unsere Projekte wie das BPP Basra werden durch das CSGS-Protokoll digital überwacht, um finanzielle Unregelmäßigkeiten auszuschließen.
 

2. Fair Trade & Human Rights (WARFTN-Standard)
Wir verpflichten uns zur Einhaltung der Menschenrechte in der gesamten Lieferkette. Unser WARFTN (West Africa Resources Fair Trade Network) garantiert faire Löhne und sichere Arbeitsbedingungen. Wir arbeiten aktiv an der Beseitigung von Ausbeutung, insbesondere in unseren Rohstoffprojekten in Guinea und Mali.
 

3. Ökologische Verantwortung (Eco Cycle)
Jedes Projekt der Holding muss den GEAIS Eco Cycle Audit bestehen. Wir integrieren Nachhaltigkeit nicht als Option, sondern als systemische Notwendigkeit in unsere Bau- und Logistikvorhaben.
 

4. Sanktionen & Geldwäscheprävention (AML/KYC)
Durch die Integration der Germany Gambia Bank (GGB) wenden wir strengste Anti-Geldwäsche-Richtlinien (AML) an. Alle Partner und Investoren durchlaufen einen verifizierten Know Your Customer (KYC)-Prozess über die CASH APP, um die Integrität unseres Finanzökosystems zu wahren.

We apply the stringent guidelines of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) worldwide. This is supplemented by the CSGS Protocol, which protects your data through quantum encryption and satellite-based storage against unauthorized access.
 

3. Data Collection and Purpose Limitation
 

• Communication: Data sent to geaismedia@proton.me will be used exclusively to process your inquiry.

• CASH APP / GGB: Financial transactions are subject to the highest banking security standards of the Germany Gambia Bank.

• Tracking: We abstain from invasive ad-tracking. Our analytical tools serve solely to optimize the GEAIS Data Boards.

4. Your Rights
You have the right to information, correction, or deletion of your data at any time. Due to our decentralized structure, you can manage these rights directly via your CASH APP terminal.
