Europe aims to make massive investments in East Africa; however, in the Horn region—particularly along the maritime routes surrounding Djibouti, as well as on the route bypassing the Horn of Africa—the risks are extremely high. Consequently, GEAIS Holding has designed the TIPBSGE (The Indo-Pacific Blue Shield Gate East Africa) initiative for this area and will secure the route.
